As many reps as possible of the following:
Person A // Person B
- Square horse // Buddy pulls
- Front bridge // Lateral hops
- Wall sit // Dips
Do four rounds of each exercise @ 20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest ("Tabata" style). Then move on to the next exercise. Once completed with the entire protocol, switch with your partner.
