Lunge right leg
Lunge left leg
Rear lunge right leg
Rear lunge left leg
Jumping lunge right leg
Jumping lunge left leg
Squat
Jump squat
Burpee

05/05/2013 Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

5 rounds of:

Dumbbell bench presses for max reps

1 power clean / 3 hang squat cleans / 1 front squat, for max load

05/01/2013 Workout

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:

3 single arm deadlifts
3 single arm dumbbell power cleans
3 single arm dumbbell squats
3 single arm dumbbell push presses

Alternate arms every minute. Post load used and results.
