With a continuously running clock, do one pull-up and one ring dip the first minute, two pull-ups and two dips the second minute, three pull-ups and three dips the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. When you cannot complete the required number of reps for either exercise, continue only with the other as long as you are able.

Use as many sets in any order each minute as needed.

Buddy carry @ 200 yards (each member only carried once)
Max rep pull ups (only 1 member at a time)

5 burpees for all team members (all at once) every time before the lead off person does his pull ups.  Each member must do at least 1 pull up or make at least 3 attempts before next person can go.
