12/28/2010 Workout

Reminder: No class today

For time. 21, 15, 9 reps of:

Thrusters @ 65 pounds
Pull ups

Substitute load for thrusters as necessary.

This workout is about high intensity. Ideally, this should be a 3-5 minute sprint with minimal breaks.

    Sub'd empty 45 pound bar for thrusters since I wasn't sure if I was up to doing 65 pounds post-op. Last time I did this, I was sub 3 minutes at 65 pounds, so I have a long ways to go to get back to where I was before.
