12/07/2010 VKfit Class Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of the following:

16 plank knees to elbows
12 stage jumps
8 medicine ball swings
4 chair dips

If you're unable to do chair dips with feet off of the ground, you can sub with L chair dips.
