As a lifelong milk drinker I have always been a fan of non-fat milk or as I call it "Blue Water." Very refreshing and I pretty much start every day with at least one glass.
One change after I got married was switching back to whole milk. After reading this article I realized it wasn't a detriment to switch but rather healthy. Thanks.
