  1. As a lifelong milk drinker I have always been a fan of non-fat milk or as I call it "Blue Water." Very refreshing and I pretty much start every day with at least one glass.

    One change after I got married was switching back to whole milk. After reading this article I realized it wasn't a detriment to switch but rather healthy. Thanks.

    5 Wally Ball @ 10 ft. *
    9 full body crunches (knees to elbows)
    20 yard shuttle run with 15 pound medicine ball

    10 sets in 15 minutes:

    *Substituted this for the Handstand pushups. I'm not able to get into position without a spotter.
