50 overhead squats (OHS) w/ weighted PVC pipe
Bear crawl 1 length (15 yards)
50 sumo deadlift high pulls (SDHP) w/ 15 pound medicine ball
Crab walk 1 length

30 OHS
Bear crawl 1 length
30 SDHP
Crab walk 1 length

10 OHS
Bear crawl 1 length
10 SDHP
Crab walk 1 length
