Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving Day, play a game of flag football in the morning - regardless of whether you are an athlete or not. Running around competitively will put your body in a better state before feasting in the evening.

If and only if you can't get a game together, then make sure you get a make-up workout in before Thanksgiving dinner.
