11/15/2011 VKfit Class Workout

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

1 inverted wall climb
3 squat thrusts
5 leg scissor knees to elbows (right + left = 1)

Sub caterpillar hand walk if unable to do inverted wall climb.
