11/18/2011 Workout

As many reps as possible in 3 rounds Tabata style (20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest) of the following:

Pull ups
Ring dips
Sumo-deadlift high-pull
Push press

Use a load that is approximately 30% of your bodyweight.
