01/13/2011 Workout

For time:

Reps of 15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of

Sumo-deadlift high-pull @ 65 pounds
Push press @ 65 pounds

i.e. 15 SDHP/15 push presses, then 14 SDHP/14 push presses, then 13/13, etc.

  1. 9:16 with 45 lbs. Couldn't find enough weights to cram into a box. :-)

  2. I did the first half round of 16 with a 65lb barbell, realized it was too much and dropped it to 40. I got through round 11 in 18:00, took a 10:00 break to change laundry and did the rest in 18:34 for a total of 36:34 (+10:00).
