01/10/2011 Workout

Cumulative L-hold for total of 3:00.

Use high bar, parallel bars, rings, chairs, or floor. Stop timer when you drop out of position. Record total time it takes to get 3:00.

  1. 8 minutes to do 3 minute hold. Weak wrists were a problem. Modification was slightly bent knees.
