For time:

2 Swinging push ups
10 Squat cleans @ 95 pounds

4 Swinging push ups
8 Squat cleans

6 Swinging push ups
6 Squat cleans

    Sub'd a pair of 30 pound dumbbells for the squat cleans.

    Sub'd a large CD case which weighed in around 25 pounds for the squat cleans. Thought we had more dumbbells in the house. Does this mean I need to add a few minutes onto this to make it fair? :-)

  3. If using a significantly lighter weight (and I would say going from 95 pounds Rx'd to 25 pounds would be significantly lighter), you should raise the number of reps accordingly.
