01/07/2011 Workout

For time:

50 jumping jacks
40 crunches
30 pull ups
20 dips
10 (5 x 2) 1 leg pistol squats
50 jumping jacks

  1. 6:47 with a modified Pistol Squat. Still building up my knees from Physical therapy excercises. I was able to go down about halfway. Also for the dips my feet were on the ground.
