I hit the gym tonight...1. Ran one mile and walked a 1/2 mile.2. Preacher curl 60lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps3. Incline curl w/ dumbbells 25lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps4. Cable curl on l and r 40lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps5. Incline barbell press 65lbs, 3 sets, 12 reps6. Incline dumbell press 25lbs, 3 sets, 10 reps7. Tricep cable press 1 and r 40lbs, 6 sets, 10 reps.
Oh yeah and fascinating article. She went to Westmont College, which is the rival school of my alumnus Biola University. Pretty cool.
