05/11/2012 Workout

As many rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

2 sumo deadlift high pulls
2 plyo push ups
4 sumo deadlift high pulls
4 plyo push ups
6 sumo deadlift high pulls
6 plyo push ups

... and so forth. Use a load that is approximately 50% of bodyweight.
