05/03/2012 Workout

With a continuously running clock, do one squat clean and thruster the first minute, two squat cleans/thrusters the second minute, three squat cleans/thrusters the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Use a load that is approximately 60% of your body weight.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
