For 10 minutes, practice a skill exercise.  Examples:

  • Kipping pull ups
  • L-pull ups
  • L-sit
  • 1 leg pistol squats
  • Overhead squats
  • Handstands/Handstand push ups
  • Dips
  • Muscle ups
