07/15/2011 Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Overhead Squats
10 Burpees
10 Pull-ups

Use a load approximately 50% of bodyweight.

  1. Subbed front squats @ 65 pounds for the overhead squats due to thumb injury and inability to hold the barbell overhead, and did chest to bar pull ups:

    4 rounds + 5 pull ups
