07/14/2011 Workout

For time:

2, 4, 6, 8 rounds of the following progression:

Squat clean
Overhead
Back squat
Overhead

Use a load approximately 70% of bodyweight. After each set, do the following:

10 hanging knees to elbows
10 ball slams
