07/08/2011 Workout

For time:

100 thrusters @ 75 pounds

On the top of every minute, do 5 deadlifts @ 155 pounds.

    Used 65 pounds for thrusters and 135 pounds for deadlifts, and only did 50 thrusters, due to time constraints.
