03/11/2011 Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

1 rope climb
5 handstand push-ups
10 1-leg squats (5 each leg alternating)

Compare to 09/27/2010 Workout.

    Comparing to 09/27/2010 Workout (which was pre-surgery):

    10 rounds + 1 climb + 5 handstand push ups

    Looks like I've got a long ways to go...
