3 rounds for time of:

10 1-arm floor press, left arm @ 30 pound dumbbell or kettlebell
10 1-arm floor press, right arm @ 30 pound DB or KB
10 1-arm row, left arm @ 30 pound DB or KB
10 1-arm row, right arm @ 30 pound DB or KB
10 clapping push ups
10 pull ups
10 squat snatches @ 45 pound barbell
