03/07/2011 Workout

3 rounds for time of:

5 front squats
5 back squats

Use a load that is 70% of your bodyweight.

Weight must be lifted from the ground at the beginning of each round, e.g. cleaned from ground to rack position for front squats, then put overhead for back squats and then overhead and back to ground to begin next round.
