08/28/2012 VKfit Class Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 medicine ball split lunges (R + L = 1 rep)
10 medicine ball squat cleans
10 medicine ball lying knees to elbow
10 lateral jump burpees (R + L = 1 rep)
