06/25/2012 Workout

Do the following progression at the top of each minute for 10 minutes:

1 squat clean
1 hang squat clean
1 split jerk, right foot forward
1 split jerk, left foot forward

Go as heavy as possible.  If you're unable to finish the progression, drop weight off the bar; however, you cannot put weight back on.  Your score is the weight you end with after the 10 minutes.
