3 rounds of static hold for 30 seconds each of:
Handstand
Chair lift (bodyweight under 200 pounds: 2 chairs; over 200 pounds: 3 chairs)
Front plank, right hand and left foot
Front plank, left hand and right foot
Side plank, right hand and right foot
Side plank, left hand and left foot
Rear plank, right hand and left foot
Rear plank, left hand and right foot
L sit
Add up the total seconds. Must hold position for 4 seconds straight in order to count.
Total possible score is 630 (7 events/round * 30 seconds/event * 3 rounds = 630). Take your total and subtract from 630 for the number of squat kicks you need to do as your "cash out".
