06/14/2012 Workout

For time:

7 bear complex @ 70% bodyweight
50 side hops over the barbell
5 bear complex
50 side hops
3 bear complex
50 side hops

Bear complex is the following progression:

1 clean
1 front squat
1 push press/jerk
1 back squat
1 rack press/jerk

Clean and front squat can be combined into a squat clean. However, squats must be separate from going overhead; no thrusters. Each clean must be touch-and-go; no resting with the bar on the ground. Any release constitutes a penalty, which is 10 burpees immediately before continuing.
