02/13/2012 Workout

Three rounds of as many reps as possible of:

30 seconds of power cleans
30 seconds of floor or bench presses

Use a load that is approximately 70% of your bodyweight.

Post load used to results to comments or to the VKfit Facebook Page.

Loaded gym bag floor presses
