10/18/2011 VKfit Class Workout

As many reps as possible in 4 rounds each of 20 seconds on/10 seconds off of:

Alternating squat kicks with 12 pound medicine ball
Swinging push ups

Hold the medicine ball in one arm, alternating arms each round.
