08/09/2011 2011 PCJC HS VKfit Team Workout

Six teams of 6 members. 12 minute time limit for:

Buddy carry @ 200 yards (each member only carried once)
Max rep pull ups (only 1 member at a time)

5 burpees for all team members (all at once) every time before the lead off person does his pull ups.  Each member must do at least 1 pull up or make at least 3 attempts before next person can go.
