08/01/2011 Workout

For time:

10 Handstand push-ups
20 Wall ball shots: 20 pound ball to 9' target
30 Toes-to-bar
40 Power cleans @ 115 pounds
50 Burpees
60 Sumo deadlift high-pulls @ 65 pounds

Compare to the CrossFit Games Masters Event 4 for 55-60 year old men.

  1. Sub'd 16 pound MB with 9' target, 95 pounds on power cleans, and 75 pounds on SDHPs.

    Basically, I would have been beaten by all 45-60+ year olds except those unable to finish the workout.
