08/04/2011 Workout

As many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 floor or bench presses
10 pull ups
10 deadlifts

Use a load that is approximately your bodyweight.

    Sub'd declined clapping push ups with feet on bench for floor press since sprained thumb still cannot support pressing.
