02/11/2011 Workout

4 rounds for time of:

10 hang power snatches @ 65 pounds
10 behind the neck push presses @ 65 pounds
10 power swings w/ 40 pound DB
10 1-leg bench jump (right leg on rounds 1 & 3, left leg on rounds 2 & 4)
