Doin' the Recon Ron program myself. I want a Marines T-shirt one day.
ReplyDeleteIt took me approx 15 minutes (I had someone interrupt me at gym and lost track of time).
ReplyDeleteI modified the workout as follows:
I did 3 classic pull ups and 97 incline bar pull ups. (On my injured shoulder I could not do 100 classic pull ups).
Added, I did 30 lat pulls at 100lbs and 30 chin ups with weighted 70lbs help.
