09/08/2011 Workout

With a continuously running clock, do one split jerk the first minute, two split jerks the second minute, three split jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able. Clean the weight from the floor before the 1st rep, and alternate front and back leg with each rep. Use a load that is approximately 70% of your body weight.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.
