12/20/2011 Vkfit Class Workout

For time:

50' of squat front kicks
50' of squat wheel kicks
50' of squat side kicks

At the top of each minute, do 5 swinging push ups.

For front kicks, alternate sides.  For wheel kicks and side kicks, do 25' on left side, 25' on right side.
