02/12/2013 VKfit Workout

20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, of the following:

Left, right, knee combo on heavy bag
Bag jump step outs
Medicine ball burpee throws
Medicine ball goblet squat kicks

3 rounds total with 2 minutes rest between rounds.  1 point per rep.
